Buyer Sphere:
Is buying a second home or building ever discussed in your conversations with friends or family?
Please let me know. Even if they are just considering, I can provide a wealth of information to assist them in the decision making period. Certainly my hope is they gain the confidence in me to represent them in the purchase or building process so that their investment is the best it can be!

Relocation Sphere:
Heard of a company move or transfer? My certification with Cendant qualifies me to work with them.
 All they do is request me or call me and I can speak with their transfer coordinator. Cendant offers great moving packages for the families they represent and I am familiar with all of the very detailed documents that accompany this move. It is crucial to be a detail oriented person when assisting in a sale or purchase through Cendant and I am proud to say I have a great rapport and reputation with them.
